Cleanse your face and apply toner.
Apply the mask.
Hold the lifting line and pull it upwards to make the mask fit snugly on your face. Adjust the mask around the eyes, nose, and mouth.
Relax for 10-20 minutes or until the mask is dry, then remove the mask.
Gently pat the remaining essence to allow it to be absorbed into the skin.
