Shipping: If you place an order on weekdays before 18:00, we will process it for you, and you will receive your order the next day (on weekdays for NL). If this is not possible, we will communicate this to you. Orders can be processed on Saturdays. If this is the case, you will receive a notification. Otherwise, your order will be processed on Monday. Orders are delivered by PostNL.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a track and trace code in your email.

Returns: You have up to 14 days to return your products. The costs for returning are at the customer's expense. If the product's seal has been removed and/or the product has been opened, it is no longer possible to return the products. If this still happens, returning the product is at your own expense.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not picked up on time, you will receive a refund. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Was your order free of shipping costs? Then the original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Do you still wish to receive your order? You can reorder it, and shipping costs will be charged again.
