Shipping and Returns

Shipping : If you place an order on workdays before 18:00, we will get to work for you and you will have your order the next day (on workdays). If this is not possible, we will communicate this to you. Orders placed on Saturday before 14:30 can be expected on Monday. The orders are delivered by PostNL.

Returns: You have up to 14 days to return your products. The costs for returning are for the customer. If the seal of the product has been removed and/or the product has been opened, it is no longer possible to return the products. If this does happen, then the return of the product is at your own expense.
