Because AHA stimulates cell renewal, regular use can make the skin look fresher and more even. Glycolic acid is especially suitable for dry skin that needs brightening and a smoother texture.

Use AHA a maximum of 1 to 3 times a week and build up gradually if your skin tolerates it well. Start with once a week and increase gradually. During the day, it is important to always use an SPF, as AHA can make the skin more sensitive to the sun.
