Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Bakuchiol Eye Cream is a multi-functional eye cream that helps reduce dark circles and brighten the under-eye area. With fermented black rice, bamboo shoot extract, and plant-derived Bakuchiol (a retinol alternative) at 5,000 ppm, Haruharu Wonder's Black Rice Eye Cream also combats wrinkles around the eyes.
