Rice Bran Water 68%: It is full of amino acids and minerals that help hydrate the skin.
Alpha-Arbutin 2%: Alpha-Arbutin works by suppressing the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, which is involved in melanin production. Alpha-Arbutin is 10 times more effective than Beta-Arbutin.
